Dr Bui, Holly and (my apologies I forgot his name. The eye tech) were all very polite and professional. The new... building is better than many doctors offices I have been to. I was in and out very quickly. I greatly appreciate this as many place make you wait forever in waiting rooms or in the exam rooms. But I don’t think I waited more than two minutes anywhere. Wonderful customer experience. Kristen took time to ensure everything was correct, to my satisfaction, and I’d have to... say perfect. Upon picking up my new glasses, everything was perfect and I could see a dramatic improvement in my ability to see, compared to previous prescriptions. As always everyone was helpful and I got in to my appointment on time. Before my appointment I picked out frames and... they put them aside for me. During appointment Dr. Newhouse decided she would get me back for another test. When I asked about doing the test that day Dr. Newhouse accommodated me and met with me again to discuss results. Next I ordered new glasses. After this was completed while I was still seated at the fitting station I was presented with an invoice for my new glasses along with the amounts I owed for my appointment and tests. My payment was processed without me having to move. I have come to Elite for my vision health and needs for many years and will continue to do so because they are Friendly, Professional, and I trust them with my care.read more

My visit to Elite Vision Care for a routine eye exam went smoothly from beginning to end. Jade was very helpful in... assisting me with scheduling an appointment over the phone, and did a good job answering all of my questions.Checking in on the day of my appointment was simple and I did not have to wait long in the waiting area. Kelsey did a great job of running through all of the preliminary steps before I was seen by the doctor. She was very personable and efficient too.I was seen by Dr. Hazra for my eye exam. It was easy to follow her directions and she was very professional.Branden helped me pick out frames to try on after the exam. He was a joy to work with! He was also able to thoroughly answer the many questions that I had throughout the process of selecting a frame and determining which options would work best for my situation. I have used Elite Vision Care for 11 years. The eye exam is top notch. The issue I have is with the price of their... glasses so every time I go for my exam I tell them at check in that I will be buying my glasses elsewhere. On my last visit (ever) I asked the front desk on three separate occasions to mark my paperwork “exam only”. Three separate times! When I went to buy my frames and lenses at my usual place they had to call the insurance to release my account from Elite Vision Care as they have had to do the last 4 or 5 times. Not good customer service people!!! I will be giving my business to someone else in the future.read more

Went to get my vision check with this business today, after they checked my insurance and prep work, I had to wait 45... minutes to have the Eye Doctor come over the check room where I was and do his thing. At 35 minutes waiting, I had to go look for someone to see what was going on (nobody came over to tell me what was going on), besides that, the Dr was courteous and efficient and I finally got my prescription. I wish they would’ve at least come tell me about the tardiness in a timely fashion so I could be prepared.read more

I had an excellent experience at Elite Vision. The staff was exceptionally friendly and patient, and each of them... seemed to genuinely care about my questions and concerns. Dr. Bui was excellent during my eye exam, and he was able to answer all of my questions and provide rationale for his recommendation for contacts and for my glasses. Picking out my eye glasses was a stress free breeze, and the lady that helped me (apologies for forgetting your name) was very kind, patient, and willing to explain things to me. The facility itself is wonderful, clean, and very spacious.I will definitely be coming back to Elite Vision because of the excellent customer service, the knowledgeable staff, and their convenient hours of operation. I was a first time customer this morning and will definitely continue to go there for my eye care!The business is... really nice and pleasant inside, the online appointment scheduling feature they have on their website was super easy and convenient to use, and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (I'm a first time contact wearer). I felt awful for the lady who sat with me while I suffered through taking out and putting in my new contacts for the first time, but she was extremely patient with me and very helpful throughout the process...thank you so much!!Overall, this experience was fantastic and I definitely recommend y'all check them out if you haven't already.read more

We have 5 in our family who are all customers of Elite Vision. We all come for appointments at the same time. They do... a great job of getting everyone thoroughly examined, contact lenses fitted, ordered, and glasses fitted, ordered for everyone in under 2 hours… for 5 people! They also have so much patience with the kids (13, 11, 7, 4). We just had our appointments on kids day!! WOW! Over the top with treats, food, games. Super impressed with kids day. I have to admit...I have been going to the eye doctor faithfully for over 20 years for my terrible vision. I always... feel pressured and nervous when having to visit the eye doctor due to my vision being so bad. I have been rushed and brought back to correct mistakes so many times in the past that this is most definitely not my favorite appointment to make. This business is hands down one of the most respectful and attentive eye care facility that I have ever visited. Each person greeted me kindly and with a smile! Abby was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding the right plan and pair of glasses. I asked her about 100 questions and she listened to every one of them with such patients. She made it so easy and gave me detailed information to make sure that I knew what I was getting and most importantly that I was happy with my choice. Although this was my first visit with Elite Vision Care, it felt as though I have been visiting this office for years. Thank you all so much!read more

I used to dread going to the “eye doctor” every year, at least until a few years ago when I found Elite Vision. They... go above and beyond from the time you walk through their doors until the the time you walk out. And if you are lucky to have JEN by your side while you pick out your glasses/contacts/sunglasses then you are extremely lucky. She is AMAZING. I would still be looking 2 weeks later for the right pair of glasses. She can match you with the perfect pair of glasses without you even realizing how perfect they are. I will never trust anybody else with my eyes!!!read more

This place is fantastic!!!. I am pretty nearsighted (~11), and I should have known better, but I ordered glasses from... a couple of places online, and they were HORRIBLE. I couldn't see, and they were too big for my face. I made an appointment the same day, and Jen immediately identified what was wrong with them and helped me figure out what to do.
